4/25/08 - PART TWO

As soon as I signed in, they asked me to sign the release/disclaimer about anesthesia. I laughed right in the receptionist's face and showed it to my family.

I was called in 2 hours later. The anesthesiologist automatically asked me if I wanted Nitrous oxide which is also known as laughing gas. They wanted me more relaxed.

The doctor came in. He asked me how I was. I told him "I think the sutures yank on my gums when I open my mouth". He said he would check once I was sedated.
They put a gas mask on and I started to feel tingles spread through my body. At first I laughed, but then I remembered that how laughing gas works is that once a person laughs, they inhale harder and faster making it work through the system faster, I wanted to be alert enough to see what they were planning.

He pulled out that damn butterfly needle again.

That good high I had DIED when he re-approached me. I began to ball my hand in a fist and breath heavier. He said "I see you painted your nails pink..cute. Well, I am going to tie a tourniquet again.." I nodded. He was nervous. So much so he messed up on the tourniquet 3 times. He said "It wasnt your fault" still messing up on it. I figured giving him closure would help him preform better so I said "It wasnt your fault either..." as I said it, he tied it properly and inserted the butterfly. It took longer for me to fall asleep this time...

I woke up during the procedure. This time not for pulling the needle out. haha. I just started feeling it again. There were 4 or 5 people in the room at this point talking at once trying to calm me down. He injected Novocaine ..that hurt a little..I fell back asleep.

I woke when it was over. It went well. I asked for stronger pain killers. Everyone laughed but thats what I got


Its sad. People only like to listen to what I have to say after they mess up. I guess thats how it goes. They treated me like a princess this time. I guess they were scared I was going to try and sue or something. lol.


This story has an alright ending. Better than the last, right?

4/18/08-PART ONE
So I am sitting here balling as I write this.
First they placed me in a room and checked
both my right and left arm for veins. I was
jabbed a total of 6 times before they decided
to use my right wrist. I began to cry as he pushed
the needle in. Its never gone in my wrist before.
He talked to me to calm me down and as soon
as he gave word to administer the anesthesia.

Somehow I woke up. I looked around confused.
The faces of the doctors were pale and worried. He said
"You pulled the IV out..we told you not to.
We even had your arm strapped down.
We were able to remove two.
I am still working on the top right.
We will remove the bottom and top left next week."
As he continued to remove the remaining parts
of the top right tooth, I began to feel it and
immediately started sobbing. It hurt like hell.
He still doesn't know I felt it. He thought I was
crying because of what I had done.
I begged him to put the IV back in. He said
"Not in the state you are in now".


Who the hell pulls IV out in their sleep?.....
